Our organization is dedicated to empowering young people through educational workshops, life skills training, academic advising, college and career exploration programs, and community engagement. We focus on providing opportunities for personal and life growth in a supportive and fun environment.

YBS Kids, an enrichment program for children and youth who live or attend school in Collin County, is funded through sponsorships, grants, donations, and corporate/community partnerships.

Membership is open to youth aged 13-18, who are interested in developing their leadership and life skills, academic goals, and making a positive impact in their communities.

They just need a positive attitude and a willingness to participate! YBS Kids will provide everything else.

You can apply for membership by completing the online application on our website or visiting one of our local chapters. Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you'll receive a welcome email with next steps.

Members meet regularly for workshops, social events, and special programs. The frequency of these meetings varies depending on the specific program, but they typically take place once a month on Saturdays or Sundays. Our program runs from September to May, following the academic school year.

Members gain access to exclusive workshops, academic and career mentoring, college prep resources, volunteer opportunities, leadership development programs, fun social events, and networking events with peers and professionals.

YBS Kids accepts children and youth in grades 5 through 12 (ages 10-18).

Sponsorship Businesses or individuals can sponsor events, workshops, or specific programs. This helps cover costs for resources, educational materials, and activities that empower youth. Volunteering You can contribute your time and skills by volunteering for events, mentoring, or offering professional services to help with operations, workshops, or community outreach. Fundraising You can organize or participate in fundraising efforts such as donation drives, charity auctions, or digital campaigns to raise money that goes directly to the youth programs and services.

Yes! We welcome parental involvement. Parents and guardians can volunteer at events, serve as mentors, or support the organization in other ways. Contact us at info@ybskids.org to get involved.
